Our Process
Condition Survey
We survey the existing building to establish the scope, identify any hidden defects, and produce a cost plan.
Programme Planning
A detailed programme is produced, including phasing arrangements for occupied buildings to minimise disruption.
Mobilisation
Site setup, welfare, access, and health and safety plans are put in place before work begins.
Refurbishment Works
All trades are managed by our on-site team, with weekly progress reporting to the client.
Quality Inspections
Inspections are carried out at key stages to ensure works meet specification before being covered up.
Handover & Defects
On completion we carry out a joint inspection, issue the health and safety file, and manage any defects during the liability period.
