Standards & Compliance
All structural works are designed to Eurocode standards by a qualified structural engineer. Works are notified to and approved by Building Control before commencement. We hold full public and employers liability insurance and are CHAS-accredited.
Our Process
Structural Engineer Appointment
We appoint or liaise with a structural engineer to design the works and produce calculations.
Building Control Notification
We submit full plans or building notice applications and manage building control through to final certificate.
Temporary Works
We design and install temporary support structures (propping, needling) before permanent works commence.
Structural Works
Structural alterations — beam installation, column removal, underpinning — are carried out by experienced operatives.
Making Good
All making good, plastering, and decoration following structural works is managed by WSL.
Building Control Sign-Off
We manage the building control inspection process and obtain the completion certificate for your records.
