Our Process
Design & Planning
We work with your designers or our in-house team to develop a fit-out specification that meets your brief and budget.
Enabling Works
Structural alterations, demolition, and service diversions are completed before the main fit-out begins.
Partitioning & Ceilings
We install demountable or fixed partitioning, suspended ceilings, and raised access flooring to specification.
M&E First Fix
Mechanical and electrical first fix is carried out by our in-house M&E team, coordinated with the structural programme.
Finishes & Second Fix
Decoration, flooring, joinery, and M&E second fix are completed to the agreed specification and programme.
Handover
We carry out a snagging process, obtain sign-off, and hand over O&M manuals and warranties.
